1 Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using TextBack Pro, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. TextBack Pro is intended for business use only — by subscribing, you confirm you are using the service for professional, commercial purposes.

2 Service description

TextBack Pro provides, depending on your plan:

• Automatic SMS reply sent within 5 seconds of a missed call
• Personalized message with your business name and a booking call-to-action
• Instant push notification when a missed call occurs
• Lead tracking dashboard to monitor missed calls and recovery rate
• Smart follow-up SMS sequences — 3h, Day +1, Day +4 (Pro & Scale)
• Booking link embedded in the auto-text (Pro & Scale)
• AI Agent that turns missed calls into booked jobs (Scale)
• Up to 10 locations with per-location customized messages (Scale)

The service works with your existing business phone number — no porting or changes required.

3 Pricing & billing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.

• Billing is monthly, charged on the same day each month
• A receipt is emailed to your registered address after each payment
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe we never store your full card details
• Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

4 Free trial

TextBack Pro offers a free trial for new customers. During the trial: credit card is required, you will be notified before the trial ends, and no charge is made without your explicit confirmation. Continued use after the trial requires selecting a paid plan.

5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing contact@textback.pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. There is no cancellation fee.

6 Acceptable use

By using TextBack Pro, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes
• Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable SMS regulations
• Not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam
• Inform callers they may receive an automated SMS response
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7 Service availability

TextBack Pro targets 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding 4 consecutive hours, affected customers may request a service credit proportional to the outage.

8 Limitation of liability

TextBack Pro's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the customer in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or lost data. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

9 Promotions & discounts

Promotions apply only for the duration specified. They cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. TextBack Pro reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

1 30-day money-back guarantee

TextBack Pro offers a full refund within 30 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied.

• Refund processed within 5–10 business days to original payment method

2 Additional refund cases

Beyond the 30-day window, refunds may be granted for:

• Service outage: Unavailability exceeding 24 consecutive hours without prior notice
• Duplicate charge: Any billing error refunded in full within 48 hours of confirmation
• Post-cancellation charge: Any charge made after a confirmed cancellation is refunded in full

3 Non-refundable cases

• Requests after the 30-day guarantee period (unless covered above)
• Active use of the service during the period in question beyond the window
• Account suspended due to Terms & Conditions violation
• Free trial period — no payment, no refund applicable
